We ship across the UK and worldwide.

Delivery times are based on the date of dispatch — this is the day your order leaves our workshop, not the day you place it.

You’ll receive an email with the subject line: “Your order from RopeServices UK is on its way!” That email marks the official dispatch date — delivery timeframes start from that moment.

Many of our products are handmade to order, so please allow time for us to prepare your item. If you need your order dispatched quickly, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

Order & Delivery Process

All of our products are made or cut to order. Once your order is placed, it enters our manufacturing queue.

We work hard to keep turnaround times short, but please be aware that made-to-order items may take time to prepare before dispatch.

Standard Courier Delivery

  • Cost: £7.80 for orders up to 26kg
  • Couriers: Royal Mail or DPD
  • Delivery time: 1–2 working days from the date of dispatch
  • Coverage: UK Mainland up to the Scottish Borders
  • Excludes: HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE

Free Shipping

  • Available to: UK Mainland only, up to the Scottish Borders
  • Excludes: HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE
  • Couriers: Royal Mail or DPD
  • Delivery time: 1–2 working days from the date of dispatch

Next Day Delivery

We offer Next Day Delivery to most of the UK Mainland, excluding the following postcode areas:

HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE

  • Select next day option at checkout
  • Place your order before 12pm (Lunchtime) Monday–Thursday for next working day delivery
  • On Fridays, orders must be placed before 11am
  • Orders placed after these cut-off times will be processed the next working day

Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Important Notes

Please note that the availability of Next Day Shipping may vary based on factors such as product availability, order volume, and any unforeseen circumstances. As a result, this option may not be available at all times.

In addition to next day delivery services we can also offer AM deliveries or Saturday deliveries.

Pallet or Oversized Delivery

If your rope order weighs over 26kg, it may require pallet delivery with an additional charge.

To reduce costs, we can cut your rope into smaller lengths and send it in boxes. Contact us for a quote before ordering. Alternatively, you can collect your order from our factory.

Click & Collect

If you choose Click & Collect, we’ll assume you’re collecting your order from our Sunderland factory. We’ll call you when your order is ready.

Please do not arrive until we’ve contacted you. Orders go through the same manufacturing and queue process as shipped orders.
