Selma Fids
Selma Splicing Fids (Needles) are made from highly polished stainless steel.
They are patented Worldwide and each fid is embossed with a manufacturers mark for authenticity. They are used for splicing double-braids (braid-on-braid rope), 3-strand construction ropes & also hollow braids ropes. They come in a protective case complete with detailed illustrated instructions. They are used in the marine, equestrian (Parelli), arborist & industrial rigging sectors.
Used for splicing Loop splices, eye splices, back splices & end-to-end splices.
They can splice braid on braid rope from 3.5mm to 10mm, 3-strand construction & Hollow braid ropes from 3.5mm to 20mm.

Unfortunately, Selma fids are only available in packs of 4 or 5—we don’t currently sell them individually.
