I am not sure what size to pick for soft eye if I am buying an 18mm rope. What does it mean by soft eye? Tel 07776 142787

A soft eye refers to a loop spliced directly into the rope, without any metal thimble. It's flexible, easy to handle, and commonly used to slip over cleats, bollards, or shackles.
If you’re buying an 18mm rope, the soft eye size usually refers to the internal length of the loop. A common size is around 300mm (12 inches), but we can make it larger or smaller depending on your needs.

Hi ,
I’m not sure of some of the questions on requirements so hopefully if I explain you may be able to help me to order my rope request
I have a 19 foot Arvor 190 on a mud mooring
I have the bouy type with the galvanised rod coming through it with a solid ring on top and a swivel shackle on the bottom.
I need a 2 mtr , 12mm rope with a metal spliced eye on the bouy end and a spliced rope on the other end to go over my post cleat with a measurement of 100mm with the 2 small bars
