This pack of 10 heavy-duty ratchet straps is manufactured from 100% high-strength polyester webbing, designed for secure load restraint during transport and lashing applications.

• Conforms to BS EN 12195-2

• Working load capacity: 5 tonne (each strap)

• Temperature range: -40°C to +100°C

• 2-part lashing assembly

• 0.5 metre tail end

• Fitted with claw hook terminations

• 50mm wide polyester webbing

Each strap in the pack is supplied complete with a heavy-duty ratchet tensioner featuring a double lock handle, providing strong, controlled tensioning for safe and reliable load securing. The claw hooks allow quick and secure attachment to suitable fixing points.

How to Use

1. Thread the webbing through the gap in the closed ratchet.

2. Pull the polyester webbing through to remove any slack.

3. Tighten by raising and lowering the ratchet handle until secure.

How to Release

1. Pull and hold the release tab on the ratchet assembly.

2. Open the ratchet fully until it lies flat.

3. Hold the webbing on the non-fixed side and pull to release the tension.

4. Pull and hold the release tab again to close the ratchet.
