Excellent and swift service. The rope looks fantastic up. If there was one thing I would say, a selection of the wooden mounts in different colours would perfect things as not all will necessarily suit the light wood finish which is currently the only offering. In this case it works, but I can see instances where it may not. We however are very pleased.

Great service and great product. I bought this for use outside in all weathers and all seasons as a replacement for natural jute.
I called this company for some specification confirmation on the product I purchased but the lady I needed to speak to wasn't available. Sure enough, 10 minutes later she called me back. The specifications were confirmed and the product arrived promptly. It's excellent quality and perfect for what I needed, I'm actually using them to fix some stand pipes for a free standing bath to the floor. I was really struggling to find the right diameter product but these work perfectly. Super happy and thank you for your great customer service. Really appreciated.
